Geoff McFetridge Carpet at The Standard, NYC…?

Spotted this carpet tonight at The Standard Hotel in NYC. Pretty sure it’s by Geoff McFetridge. If it’s not, then somebody is really borrowing his style.
Don’t know who Geoff McFetridge is? Better fire up the Google machine then. His work is worth your time.
For the record, I credit Geoff’s work for giving me confidence in my own. When I first discovered his work (back many years ago when he was the art director of the awesome, now defunct Grand Royal Magazine) I felt like the stuff that I was creating and wanting to create deserved more credit than I was giving it. I still find the work inspiring to this day.
Anyway… I’m not a big carpet guy… but this I can get with.
